Globally recognized for aerial performances, BANDALOOP needed to refocus its brand locally to fuel a capital campaign and deepen community engagement—while balancing its international brand appeal.

Stratwell created a new origin story rooted in Oakland and Bay Area placemaking. The BANDALOOP Executive Director, Founder, and their leadership team worked through the Stratwell Futurescape™ process to develop a unique “homebase” campaign strategy and brand identity for local fundraising. We aligned BANDALOOP’s impact with key funding priorities, streamlining the path for donors to support their mission, developing performing arts talent, economic development and youth education
