ZELUS had built a strong reputation in 3D modeling, but as virtual design became central to construction workflows, leadership knew they needed to evolve. Stratwell partnered with the CEO and his team to reposition ZELUS as a strategic design and construction technology firm—not just a provider of technical services.

Using the Stratwell Futurescape™ system, we segmented customers by digital maturity, streamlined 24+ service types into three consulting-ready categories, and sharpened the firm’s story for tech-forward buyers. We also helped clarify team structures and delivery models to align with the new value proposition.
